This single origin coffee hails from Kayon Mountain Farm in Ethiopia. The name comes from the Shakiso zone in Guji, where the coffee plants are grown high up--over 7,200 feet above sea level.
Caution, when opening a bag of Shakiso, expect an explosion of fruity aromas--like a plume of mixed berry and citrus all at once.
