Do you offer grind levels?

Yes, we offer three degrees of grind: French Press, Drip and Espresso.

Can you recommend a grinder?

No, but in general, we recommend that you choose a grinder that is capable enough to suit your brewing method. Manual brew methods are usually more forgiving than auto brew methods.

Do you accept returns?

Coffee returns are not accepted, however we may issue a refund. Boutique items may be returned for a full refund if the item is received in original condition (see Shipping & Returns policy for details).

Do you ship international (outside the U.S.)?

International shipping is not available to retail customers. However, we do ship to diplomatic stations and military posts worldwide (see Shipping & Returns policy for details).

Can I ship to multiple addresses in a single order?
