OUR BEANS

We only source specialty grade 100% Arabica coffee beans from around the world. The whole process is synergistic. Paying a premium for coffee beans keeps coffee growers happy and allows us to offer the very best beans.

  Big brands can only dream of offering the best coffee. But its impossible to overlook the inadequacies their beans have. You cannot get a superior cup from low grade, defective laden beans. Last we checked rot, debris, stones, and under developed cherries are not top quality--they certainly don't taste like coffee.

All of our beans are thoughtfully roasted with the origin in mind. We don't arbitrarily tumble beans in a heated vessel to stock store shelves. No, our roasting process is a symphony of fire, air, and movement that brings out the very best flavors.

Ask yourself why so many big brands burn their beans? One can argue that roasting at extremely high temperatures in commercial operations produce uniformity, most certainly. But the the only perceived flavor left comes from the roast itself and not the bean. I love a fresh cup of charcoal, said nobody ever.
