La Paz is an area famous for coffee production in Honduras. The high elevation and cool temperatures help develop beans with higher sweetness. Honduras, La Paz comes from farmer and owner Mario Mejia Martinez, of Finca Las Delicias--who plants his coffee shrubs among orange and banana trees.
